I love this verse from the bible "..... in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength". We lead busy lives which may rob us from listening to ourselves, spending quiet moments to reflect and recharge...

Thanks for the encouraging comments!! Really appreciate it. I used pink as a base color and work on it with layers of different values of pink, i think.. and then it gets darker at the sides with an orange ( on the right hand side). Payne's gray on the left hand side..
I've tried to have a quiet moment but the noise in my head is too distracting! I'm reading the Joy Diet by Martha Beck and week 1 tells us to do 'nothing' - easier said than done! (I found your blog via the supernova!)
The contrast of colors and textures is very inspiring - wonderful work.
