Crack and Tea...

a pun in the word indeed.....  ;)

We were at the Skinny Pizza where the interiors are
done up in an industrial theme .

 we had...

Ahi Tuna Pizza...

which is made of paper thin crusts (which I prefer):

very crispy, with a lovely sauce, pistachios for added crunch and avocado slices.
Topped with tuna cubes, a sprinkle of parmesan and wild rockets or arugulla leaves..

and of course tea is (are you ready for this?)

"hip hop chai tea"...
(they do have such fancy names in this eatery :)  )

and certainly with everything so light and healthy...
I'm ready to dance..... :)))

Join Kimmie and the wonderful Tea Tuesday bloggers for an artistic journey with tea..
Have a good week everyone!!

I might pop by from Coff's Harbor where I'll be visiting my sister.

stay happy

Like you, I much prefer the crispy crust. Whoever came up with a bread deep dish pizza crust was nuts (and not pistachios, either). This is like no pizza I have ever seen and I'm so glad you shared it with us.

Hip hop chai tea. So fun. And it looks so yummy, too. Thanks for sharing your lunch with us.

Being geography challenged, I had to find Coff's Harbor. Learned it is NSW. Looks like you have a long trip in store, so have fun (and stay safe) with your sister and be sure to take photos along the way. Happy Tea Tuesday.

I may just begin to enjoy pizza if I had such wonderful choices as you do! there's nothing worse than the heavy feeling after eating what is basically a pound of dough and cheese - ugh! and your hip hop chai tea sounds - well - just so hip!

Happy T today!! Kimmie
