Today's tea is a mixture of dried red dates and longan with radish kimchi.
Brew red dates with the longans for about 10 minutes
and add a dash of pine nuts
sounds like a Korean themed evening? Pretty much..
we love korean food and it's very convenient to purchase ready made authentic kimchi paste and other ingredients for a Korean meal.
well I hope you've had a good start to the week and go check on Kimmie and my Tea Tuesday
friends for a lovely tea day and creative art...
stay happy!!

I love kimchi .... And it goes with my name :)
I've heard that it cures the flu? Is that true? Anyway, it's probably good preventative treatment :)
Happy Tuesday, and we'll catch up with you as always! Kimmie
I had kimchi once with noodles. I was surprised that it was rather bland, as I have found most Korean food quite "flavorful." THanks for your sweet words on my blog today. They mean a lot! And of course, I will miss you while you are gone!
Very interesting, I'm going to have to look this up :)
