Tea Tuesday

Kimmie  is the hostess for Tea Tuesday and I must say that ever since

I've started posting, I've learnt to

make time for my cuppa.

Thank You Kimmie and the Tea Tuesday bloggers!

And at the end of a busy work day,
I look forward to reading all your postings with my cuppa..

Today's tea is green tea

(This "phoenix tea mug" is made from purple clay
PS: I never knew much about its role in chinese tea appreciation until recently :)
guess I was attracted to this unique design ;)  )

and I had it in the garden with one of my favorite books written by

and here's a page from this inspiring book....

Happy Tea Tuesday!!

What a beautiful Phoenix tea mug. The color of it is so unique. I saw you had already posted and wanted to come by and have a quick late cup. Green is one of my favorite teas, too.

Since YOU've been posting, I have learned so much from you, especially about Pu'er tea bricks. I was actually able to buy some this past week. I was told that there is a process by which they can now "age" the tea in order to make it more desirable. I thought that was cheating, but apparently no one else does. I would never have known about this tea, had I not read your blog.

And Marlynn (Honeysuckle Breeze) wrote me all excited about Chester. Seems she thinks my "Wendy" the art doll and Chester should get together. I had to laugh. Love Chester, though.

Have an awesome Tea Tuesday.

ahhh SO lovely stopping by for tea with you Steph!
Anything would taste special in that beautiful mug!
I have Kelly's book too and saw it on a bookstore shelf over the weekend ... I have now had too very nice reminders that I 'need' to get it out again. I buy books with the best of intentions ... time moves so fast!
It is REALLY nice having you join in for T Tuesdays, it feels more like you are just down the street than half way round the globe :)!

Oh Steph, the Phoenix is one of my favorite legends and I believe he was real. He is so important around the world, what a wonderful tea you provide. My best to you and Chester and happy you are enjoying the Walls! OK, I admit it, I tried to set Chester up with Wendy... and Elizabeth opened her mouth! Hugs
