The gentle art of...

rice cakes with edible flowers and
red dates or jujube.
a dear friend made one especially for me....

the rice cakes were grilled on a non stick pan.

I can't believe the totally AWESOME tea experiences you have, and the Korean tea ceremony is just one of them. Simply perfect. Those rice cakes look good enough to eat (grin). I was surprised at the various ways they can be prepared. Happy Tea today.
