Breakfast on the "flip" side on Tuesday

Ask any Singaporean or Malaysian about roti pratha and
they'll agree with you that it's one favourite
food taken either at breakfast or lunch..

this crispy pancake is made by flipping it and thinning out the pastry
( go to the You Tube link below to watch how it's being made)

and grilled on a flat pan..
it can be eaten either with hot curry or just sugar..
we love ours with spicy curry,

and eating pratha is not the same without teh tarik (in Malay) which means
"pulled tea".
watch how pulled tea is made in this video...

what are you having for tea today?

Happy Tea to you today, dear friend.

I would love one of each (one curried, one sweet). :) Okay, I am sounding like a pig. HOw about one pancake, cut in half, seasoned two ways?

Thank you for the interesting Tuesday Tea!
