White House on Tuesday..

A dear friend and I finally made it for tea
at the
TWG cafe last Saturday..

and this was one of 2 menus for our perusal...

I ordered a blend called the "white house" :
a white tea base with flowers and berries
and Catherine had a breakfast tea..

and lunch was lobster tamale with a tea infused vinaigrette,
even the warmed rolls were made with tea leaves...

Happy Tea Tuesday!!

do hop over to Kimmie's for more tea stories....

Oh how lovely dear Steph...tea with a friend is always extra nice...
Love the photo of your tea cup handles touching...especially dear!

Looks like the closest TWG lovely tea spot to me would be in New York City...so I am very happy you let us tag along!

Happy T to you and Catherine too!

Was it as divinely delicious as it all sounds?? I'm picturing an atmosphere that complimented the food. I'd have to drive q.u.i.t.e. a few miles to find such a place!

Everything about this restaurant looks impressive, even the rolls in the background of your food shot. You have the BEST tea stories! That cup looks tiny in your hand, after seeing it on the table along with your friend's. And I like the sound of your "white house" tea, too.
