Vadai and Moroccan on Tuesday!

Feast your eyes on Vadai  , a traditional South Indian snack

Made from Dhal beans..and totally vegetarian vadai is one of my favourite snacks!

And I wouldn't want to miss this for anything...

Sitting on a comfortable sofa at the Sentosa Resort and
sipping a hot cup of Moroccan Mint tea

with Vadai overlooking a lush garden with my book
ahh...this is luxury.....

so, hop over to Kimmie's for more tea stories

Happy tea Tuesday!!

Your snack is so interesting. I learn so much about new foods from you Steph. That resort is quite something, I hit the link, a little massage in the spa would be good too! xox Corrine

This looks absolutely delicious, since I am a vegetarian. And of course the mint tea at the Sentosa Resort sounds like a perfect getaway. Happy Tea Tuesday, dear friend. I hope you are enjoying this relaxing time away.

What a beautiful mini vacation I was taken on here today. I love "Indian" food and the Vadai looks delicious. And mint tea is one of my very favorites. I wish I was the Sentosa Resort, sigh...maybe one day. Thank you for the tea today.

I recently tried some Indian sweet that was very crumbly -- it was almost like brown sugar. I can't remember the name of it but was very good and extra yummy with a cup of cinnamon spice tea. Yum! Love the postcards in your previous post. Sure wish I could paint. I bought some watercolor postcards so maybe I could give your watercolor collage a try. Thanks for inspiring! Best wishes, Tammy
