some art journal pages i've recently managed to photograph
i'm loving collage and creating textures with the various mediums
and visual journaling has been pretty consistent despite
my busy schedule and work.....
simply love it....

I'm loving this little collage book of mine.

It's an avenue for me to "discharge" my creative urge.

There's no hassle at all, no paints, only glue and paper.

Most importantly, there is continuity in the creative process ....

that's all that matters.

And Rumi sums up my sentiments....

"Everyone has been made for some particular work, and the desire for that work has been put in every heart."

Nature Study....

I see a trend...and you're right....BIRDS....

I love nature and lately I've started a small journal (about 3" x 6") where I "practise" collaging with whatever papers I have from my little box...

I carry a little green box with me these days...

I wanted to engage "art making" as much as possible...

so

if I had 10 minutes, I'll do some cutting

and if I had 20 minutes, I could paste down some pieces of paper

and as a result...

I had a couple more pages but I couldn't capture them sharp enough due to its size and the poor lighting as it is now about 9.30pm and my scanner is down :(..

And so I'll sign off with a quote from Katherine Hepburn

"If you always do what interests you,
